Q. Who are Style Furniture

A. Style Furniture are a general house furnishers who have been established for over 30 years.

Q. Do prices include VAT

A. Yes, However some products are exempt from VAT

Q. What methods of Payment do you accept

A. We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal

Q. Do I have to Pay In Full when Ordering

A. If your order value is £750.00 or over you can select the option at the checkout to pay a 20% deposit only. The balance is payable on delivery or at the store prior to delivery.

Q. Does a password need to be entered when ordering?

A. No, but entering a password allows you to login and view the status of your order.

Q. Do you offer any type of finance?

 A. Yes, we offer a 12 month interest free credit package from Barclays Partner Fianance on orders over £1250, subject to status. Simply select finance as the payment option as you checkout your order. Click here for more information or contact us by either by telephone 01507 611065 (between 9.30am – 5.15pm, Monday – Friday), or E-Mail [email protected]. A deposit of 20% is required upon ordering. The interest free period does not begin until after your order has been delivered.

Q. Does a telephone number have to be entered in both the contact no. and alternative no. boxes?

A. Yes, however the same number can be entered for both if you have only one number.

Q. What is the Staingard treatment?

A. There is 3 levels of protection available on all fabric & leather sofas/sofabeds, chairs & stools with a 5 Year guarantee. Level 1 – against stains occurring from accidental spills, ink marks & dye transfer etc, Level 2 – accidental damage, rips, burns & scratches etc & Level 3 – structural damage, including frame breakage, failure of manual mechanisms & electrical motors. Please note that the optional staingard guarantee is only available to Mainland UK addresses.

Q. How are your products delivered?

A. All our furniture is delivered by our own vans by 2 man delivery. Furniture is taken to room of choice, unpacked and assembled if needed.
Please note that some items are ‘flat packed’ and an extra charge will be levied fi assembly is needed by the customer.

Q. What do I do if the goods I have purchased are faulty?

A. Speak to the delivery driver about your concerns at the point of delivery, but if found later, contact the store. We will then record your complain and then resolve it as a matter of urgency.

Q. Do you charge for delivery?

A. Delivery is free within the Lincolnshire boundaries and if the order is over £395.00, for the rest of the Mainland UK. All other areas, please refer to the Delivery Section of the site.

Q. Would it be possible to remove my old furniture

A. Yes, we can as long as the delivery is within the Lincolnshire Area. There is a charge for this service so please ask for prices.

Q. Can we deliver outside Mainland UK

A. Yes we can. We are able to deliver to the following areas: Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Alderney and Sark, Scilly Islands and Isle of Wight. However, there will be a charge for this.
